Working Principle: After the main pot being heated to a certain temperature, the temperature could be controlled, generally at 0-90 degrees, the temperature can reach 100-300 degrees with heat transfer fluid under special circumstances. The machine could be customized according to customer's technical requirements. After being heated to setting temperature, and the main pot being under vacuum condition, dump the materials into the main pot from the water pot and the oil pot, start homogenizing(high speed), start stirring(hang wall stirring), start at the same time or separately, and due to the pot in a vacuum, a large number of bubbles produced by mixing was siphoned off in time, so that to produce products with features of exquisite, luster, soft feeling to meet customer requirements.
 
Features: Main pot is automatic-electric-lifting, dump water, oil, powder and other materials directly into the emulsifying pot, main pot is incline-discharging. By heating the interlayer with the electrical bar, materials could be heating. Heating temperature could be set at will and this is automatic-controlled. The operation is simple, convenient, homogeneous system and mixing system can be used separately also at the same time. All the pelletizing, mixing, homogenizing, dispersing, emulsifying and other operation can be completed in a short period of time. And material contact part is made of high quality stainless steel (usually 304, 316L for medical), inner surface is mirror-polishing, mixing device is manufactured in line with the GMP standard of health, so it's an ideal cream production equipment for customer.
